Coronary sinus rhythm

A coronary sinus rhythm is a particular type of atrial arrhythmia that originates from the region of the coronary sinus. It features inverted P waves in inferior leads (II, III, aVF) and a normal PR interval. Also known as a low atrial rhythm.
