Sinus node re-entrant tachycardia

Sinus node re-entrant tachycardia is an uncommon arrhythmia that is fast and originates in the sinus (SA node). It has a re-entry pathway that produces a sudden-onset arrhythmia with P waves that are almost identical to normal.
