Ventricular tachycardia - bidirectional

Ventricular tachycardia is an arrhythmia that is fast and originates from the ventricles. It features wide QRS complexes. It can be either sustained (>30 sec) or nonsustained, monomorphic or polymorphic. It can be very difficult to tell apart from a supraventricular tachycardia with aberrant conduction.Bidirectional ventricular tachycardia is a rare form of VT where the axis changes with alternating beats. It is most commonly associated with digoxin toxicity.
