ie pause after tachyarrhythmia before resuming sinus rhythm, may be more dangerous than the arrhythmia itself, ie sick sinus syndromeeg transient PR prolongation after retrograde impulse from PVC, or RP interval with 2 alternative AV nodal pathways…
